Looking for something fun to do this weekend?

The Friends of High Point State Park are sponsoring their annual Winter Festival, a celebration of snow and ice (even if there hasn't been much of either so far this year), Saturday, January 28 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, in the High Point State Park Interpretive Center.
Activities will include a guided hike, winter weather presentation, bird feeder and seasonal crafts for children, a decorate-your-own cookie and cupcake station, storytime, sing-a-long, and hot cocoa by the fire.

Please visit the Friends of HPSP blog for a complete schedule of activities.
The event is free, but donations are appreciated.
Snow date is Sunday, January 29.
