 These markers, seen around town, indicate where future excavation
work on the proposed loop will occur once final approvals are granted.

The work by Clove Rd. is in anticipation of 

Loop 323 of the Northeast upgrade to the Tenn. Gas Pipeline, awaiting final approvals.
